Intro
Thank you so much for considering me for this. I am really excited to have the opportunity to partner with Pacific on this project. Please take a few minutes to review the project proposal/estimate and let me know if you have any questions.
Project Overview
As a part of Pacific’s new agency branding, they’ve reach out to commission 5 illustrations of varying deep sea divers to be used on their website, business cards, promotional material, as well as internal material.
The illustrations are to be completed in the engraving style seen above and includes that top illustration as well, meaning only 4 new illustrations will be completed. The following is the list of desired poses:
- Original runner position
- Crossing arms
- Pointing
- Floating
- Original runner position – female
Investment
Below, I have listed the investment estimate for this project. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Option 1: 5 Illustrations
Alongside the already completed illustration of the Original Running Diver, 4 more illustrations will be created as outlined in the project details. 1 to 3 pencil sketches will be provided of each position, and of each position only one sketch will be selected to be finalized. Considering the detailed nature of the illustrations, revisions to the final art will not be accepted. This option also includes small scale optimization of the Original Running Diver.

Option 2: Original Running Diver
This option serves as an alternative to the commissioning of 4 additional diver illustrations. In the case that you’re just interested in the Original Running Diver illustration, you can purchase that single design as well as have it optimized for small scale situations.

Timeline
The earliest we can start on this project is April 11th, 2016, with an estimated completion date of May 6th, 2016. In the case of Option 2, the estimated completion date is April 15th. A more detailed timeline will be established when the proposal is accepted and we begin to move forward on the project.
Payment Details
I accept credit card payments via Paypal, as well as check payments. A 50% deposit will be required before beginning the project, and final files will be delivered upon final payment. Payment terms are non-negotiable.
