Thank you so much for considering me for this. I am really excited to have the opportunity to partner with Loloi on this project. Please take a few minutes to review the project proposal/estimate and let me know if you have any questions.

As a part of Loloi’s brand refresh, they’ve reach out to commission 2 illustrations of the rug making process to be used in various aspects of brand collateral such as business cards and packaging.

Below are the two initial reference points for the commissioned illustrations. The first being an example of warp & weft, and the second being a display of the hand knotting process.

Below are examples of work I’ve done in a vintage engraving style. These serve to set an expectation of the quality and stylistic details of my work. For this project in specific, additional examples are provided in the following section to show the desired looseness/visibility of the artist’s hand.

Listed below is the investment estimate for this project. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Option 1: Size Optimized Illustrations

As described above, 2 illustrations will be created in a vintage drafted style of the photo references seen above. Additionally, this option includes small scale optimization of the illustrations to ensure maximum quality when used at various sizes.

Option 2: Standard Illustrations

The only difference between this option and the one above, is that the two illustrations will not be optimized for small scale situations.

This project is estimated to take 2.5 weeks with an estimated project start date of May 9th. This gives us enough time to nail down the sketches to exactly where we want them, as well allow enough time to optimize the illustrations for small sizes.

Additional requests and changes after the first 3 as with untimely delivery of feedback may result in a in a longer timeline and additional costs.

I accept credit card payments via Paypal, as well as check payments. A 50% deposit will be required before beginning the project, and final files will be delivered upon final payment. Payment terms are non-negotiable.
